This website is operated by Coffee Vault CY. By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You live or operate a business in areas under the effective control of the Republic of Cyprus.
    Note: We do not deliver to the occupied areas of Cyprus.

You agree not to use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts and orders if we suspect misuse or suspicious behavior.

 

3. Product Information

  • We only sell 100% branded coffee and products.

  • Always review product details before purchasing.

  • Images are for illustration only; actual products may vary slightly.

 

4. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT.

  • Prices and stock availability may change at any time.

  • If there’s a pricing error, we’ll contact you before processing the order or issue a full refund.

 

5. Payment Options

We offer multiple secure payment methods:​

  • Credit/Debit Card

Note: We do not store your card details. Payments are processed securely through third-party systems.

 

6. Orders

  • Orders may be subject to security checks.

  • We reserve the right to request additional verification or cancel orders.

  • Some deliveries may incur extra postage fees. If so, we’ll contact you before shipping.

  • Once placed, orders cannot be guaranteed for changes or cancellations.

 

7. Delivery

  • Delivery is handled by ACS Courier across Cyprus (excluding the occupied areas).

  • A free pick-up option is also available.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos for a refund or replacement.

  • You can cancel and return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be shipped via ACS Courier at your cost unless otherwise agreed.

  • Opened or damaged products are non-refundable.

 

9. Offers & Discounts

  • Discount codes cannot be combined or used on already discounted products.

  • Promo codes are valid only for registered customers.

 

10. Privacy

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

 

11. Complaints

All complaints should be submitted in writing via our Contact Us page or mailed to our address.
We aim to respond within 7 working days.
