Refund & Return Policy – Coffee Vault CY
At Coffee Vault CY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we’re here to help.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at coffeevaultcy@gmail.com.

You may be asked to provide photos as proof.

Once approved, we will offer a refund or replacement.
2. Order Cancellations & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Open or damaged packages are not eligible for refund.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use ACS Courier.
Make sure to obtain a proof of postage—returned products remain your responsibility until received by us.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you of the refund status within 24 hours.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item:

Contact us immediately.

Once we receive the incorrect product, we’ll send the correct one at no extra charge and reimburse your return shipping cost.
