Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy – Coffee Vault CY

At Coffee Vault CY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we’re here to help.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at coffeevaultcy@gmail.com.

  • You may be asked to provide photos as proof.

  • Once approved, we will offer a refund or replacement.

 

2. Order Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Open or damaged packages are not eligible for refund.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use ACS Courier.

Make sure to obtain a proof of postage—returned products remain your responsibility until received by us.

 

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you of the refund status within 24 hours.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately.

  • Once we receive the incorrect product, we’ll send the correct one at no extra charge and reimburse your return shipping cost.
